Ticket match
A panel on every ticket record that scans your customer templates by submitter email, then domain, then company name. One click links the ticket to the right customer.
Exact email (100) → non-public domain (70) → company name (50). Public webmail domains excluded.
Each match shows name, company, matched-by badge, and a Link pill. Pick with your eyes, click with your mouse.
No match? One button creates a fresh customer record from the ticket submitter and auto-links it.
Once linked, the panel collapses to a compact chip that takes you to the customer in one click.
